The Under Secretary of State for the Colonies presents his compliments to the Assistant Secretary, Marine Department, Board of Trade, and with reference to the Colonial Office letter of 29 July (26676) respecting the case of the "LiL SANS SS Inhum" is directed by the Secretary of State to transmit a copy of further telegram sent to Hongkong at the request of a member of the Board of Trade, together with a copy of the reply which has been received.
